Attorney Taylor WemhoffTaylor J. Wemhoff became an attorney to pursue a career dedicated to advocacy, problem-solving, and strategic defense. He is a graduate of Creighton University School of Law, where he earned both his Juris Doctor and a Master of Science in Government Organization and Leadership. While at Creighton, Taylor earned CALI Awards in Contracts and International Criminal Law, competed in moot court, and was active in student leadership as Treasurer of the Federalist Society and a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society.

Taylor is a focused and determined litigator with experience in civil litigation, workers’ compensation advocacy, and contract disputes. He has represented clients through all stages of litigation, from drafting complex motions and conducting depositions to negotiating settlements and preparing for trial. His practice includes crafting effective litigation strategies and assessing legal risks to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients. Taylor’s legal career has included work at various Omaha litigation firms as well as federal legal experience with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of General Counsel.

Beyond the courtroom, Taylor serves as Co-President of the Panthers Youth Baseball Organization and remains active in his community and professional circles. He applies the same dedication to teamwork and strategy on the baseball field as he does in legal advocacy, blending precision, preparation, and leadership in all endeavors.
