Third Degree Sex Assault

After being arrested for the terrible crime of sexual assault following an interaction at a local bar, our client trusted Liberty Law Group to fight for the truth and justice. Attorney Eric Hagen took an investigative approach and retrieved surveillance footage from the business owner, a step neglected by law enforcement and the State when prosecuting the case. A review of the surveillance showed every interaction between our client and the accuser, as well as the moment the accuser sought out off-duty law enforcement to make a false report. All charges against Liberty Law Group’s client were dismissed, saving our client possible jail time and sex offender registration for the false allegation. The State charged the accuser for filing a false report and charged an accompanying witness with providing false information by corroborating the fabricated allegations.
