Alison Earnhardt brings a unique combination of legal advocacy and investigative expertise to her practice. Raised in rural North Carolina, Alison was instilled early with the values of hard work, honesty, and service to others. These principles continue to guide her approach to the law.

Alison earned her Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Prior to law school, she obtained a Master’s degree in Forensic Science with a concentration in investigative services and worked for several years as a crime scene technician with the Fayetteville Police Department in North Carolina. This background gives Alison a sophisticated understanding of how criminal investigations are conducted and, critically, where they can fall short.

In addition to her law enforcement experience, Alison previously worked as a claims professional and workers’ compensation adjuster. That experience provides her with valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate claims, assess risk, and approach settlement negotiations, knowledge she now uses to advocate effectively for her clients.

Before joining Liberty Law Group, Alison gained experience in both criminal and civil litigation. In every case, Alison commits herself to meticulous preparation, close attention to detail, and genuine compassion for the needs of her clients.

Outside of the office, Alison enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, gaming, and relaxing with her dog, Judy.
